6 TH INTERNATIONAL AUTUMN REGATTA EVENTS

9. INTERNATIONAL GOCEK REGATTA 19-23 MAY 2008

Just like every year the Göcek Yacht Club inspired us again by organising the 9th International Gocek Regatta. This 5-day-event finished with a fantastic awards ceremony and party. All participants underwent an unforgettable beautiful evening.

From 19^th to 24^th May a total of 34 yachts participated in the race. The national and international interest has been very high. 300 competitors from 11 countries opened their sails in the magnificent bays of Gocek. Attendees entered the race using either their own boat or a rented yacht.

A total of 6 races took place at the Regatta. National attendants arrived from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.

We would like to say a very big THANK YOU to our sponsors Koc Allianz, Banvit, Bor music, Kavaklidere wines, Efes and Tuborg beer, Terrace Life houses, GocekOnline and all restaurants in Gocek.

Overall the 9^th International Gocek Regatta was a complete success. All sailors and guests will remember this greatly organised week for a long time. We are already looking forward to the next Regatta on 10^th November,

KIŞ TROFESİ I. AYAK OPTİMİST – LASER YELKEN YARIŞLARI

7-9 ARALIK 2007 - GÖCEK

Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü 2007 faaliyet programında yer alan Kış Trofesi I.. Ayak yarışları 7 – 9 Aralık 2007 tarihleri arasında Göcek Yat Kulübü ev sahipliğiyle gerçekleştirildi.Yarış 68 optimist ve 16 Laser - Radial sınıflarında yapıldı.
Yalnızca bir yarış sonucunda yapılan değerlendirmelerde kulübümüz sporcusu Gaye AKDOLUN kızlar klasmanında birinci oldu.
Optimist Genel Klasmanda Tora S. KUTOĞLU dördüncü, Şeref ÜNLÜ dokuzuncu, Berkay DİM onbeşinci Wıllıam Storer ABERCROMBIE yirmibirinci olmuştur. Tüm sporcularımızı tebrik ederiz. Yarışta emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz.
